ORM and Great Western Railway won Best Omnichannel Automation at the Annual Sitecore Summit. 

Last September, launched and became a pivotal piece in a large-scale rebrand that aimed to transform rail customer experiences, both offline and online.

Since then, ORM and the GWR digital team have been hard at work reviewing and developing the website, as well as continuing to produce several initiatives to further enhance the customer experience. Being presented with such an award from a well-respected CMS business is a huge achievement, and motivates us to keep creating and delivering experiences that truly make a difference.

Alongside the latest award win, Krissy Dooley (Business Director at ORM) and Julian Richards (User Experience Lead at GWR) spoke about the transformational project and why a customer first mind-set was essential, in order to become a digital centre of excellence.
