ORM is delighted to share that from today we will be part of the Paragon Group. ORM will operate alongside Paragon Customer Communications (PCC) in the UK.


Paragon Group has an annual turnover of over £750 million and more than 6,500 employees in 17 countries; PCC is the largest company within the group. PCC works with a portfolio of blue-chip clients to transform their customer communications, using the very latest technological innovations to generate meaningful and responsive customer interaction. ORM is in a unique position to span across PCC, with their interactions across the multi-channel customer journey; as well as Paragon ID, another group business, with their innovation and technology capabilities across identity, ticketing and traceability.


ORM has been established for almost twenty years, as a digital partner to leading brands globally – specialising in digital strategy, technology platforms, data, customer experience, design, brand and marketing communications. Within the Paragon Group we will act as a ‘centre of excellence’ for these activities, further enhancing Paragon’s existing abilities to deliver technology-driven insights for multi-channel customer communications.


Peter Gough and Keith Nation, the original founders of ORM, will lead the business as Managing Partners. They released a joint statement: "We’re very excited about becoming part of the Paragon Group as we head into our third decade. Paragon Group has also acquired Celerity Information Services (data and CRM) and Graft Services (boutique print) as part of the deal. ORM will now trade as a division of PCC (London).
