ORM starts 2019 strong with two new senior hires

NEWS / 7th February 2019

ORM is pleased to announce two new senior hires in the past few weeks. Kick-starting 2019, and following the announcement of a new satellite office opening in Kiev, ORM has recruited a Head of Data and a new Head of Experience Design.

This announcement comes after a strong start to 2019 and follows a new visual identity, a Head Office move in Central London and a new proposition that focuses on digital “freedom”.

Leona Bell is taking on the inaugural Head of Data position, joining ORM from The Engine Group. This role highlights the importance of analytics, enabling ORM to fully support clients with their growing data and optimisation needs.  On the role, Bell says: “My aim is to lead the analytics team from a strategic and delivery perspective, to evolve ORM’s proposition and grow client accounts, as well as support new business.”

Similarly, Martin Bui has joined ORM as Head of Experience Design, with previous award-winning experience at UNiDAYS, SapientRazorfish and OglivyOne.  This is an integral team at ORM, with almost every project involving challenging design, from UX, UI to digital branding. Clients that Bui will be working with from the offset include Arriva UK Bus and GAM.

Bui says of his appointment: “This is a great time to be joining ORM, and as the company moves into a new phase of its evolution, I want to create positive impact by understanding people and making technology more human for our clients.  I can’t wait to get started on the exciting projects going on here.”
