New research from ORM and Acquia has identified customer experience as a "top priority" for the manufacturing sector in 2019.
In the research study carried our earlier this year, it was revealed that in order to stay on top of rising customer demands, manufacturing companies need to pivot their strategies to become digitally focused – and not just with the products and processes they have on the factory floor. The customer experience needs to take a central role in order for manufacturing businesses to stay competitive in the sector.
